Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure a fair and consistent policy, please take note of our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined below:

Cancellation Requests:
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our official email address.
  • Verbal cancellations won’t be entertained.
Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation requests made 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.

For cancellations made between 30 and 44 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will be applied.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

Refunds:
  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within [timeframe].
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the booking.
No-Show:

In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the full booking amount will be non-refundable.

Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), we may need to modify or cancel your reservation. In such cases, we will strive to communicate with you promptly and provide suitable alternatives or refunds.
